It was very conversational. The adcom spend a considerable time talking up Kelley.

I was just keep on talking because it was really alot.

It ended with you will know the results by mid of December.

P.S: The order of the questions was obviously different.

Indiana Kelley MBA Interview Questions – 6

Just had my interview with Jim a couple of hours ago. Great list on this page. Almost all of the questions he asked are listed on this page. Just 2 new ones –
1) Tell me something about your experience in leading teams (I think he asked me because I’ve a lot of team leading pointers on my CV. He even started with “Since, you have managed a lot of teams…”)
2) What motivates you?

As others have mentioned, Jim is really easy to talk to and keeps the conversation flowing. He gives you quite a few chances to mould the interview your way.
One last thing. Although pretty accommodating, Jim is punctual (and rightly so  ). I kept on talking a bit during the end, and he had to interrupt and remind me of the time. So keep an eye out during the last 10 mins and close nicely (unlike me  ).

I had my interview today at Gurgaon (Delhi) with Jim. It was a fairly conversational interview. Jim is an extremely chilled out person.

The interview took place in a small meeting room in the admissions office and was conducted by a second year student. There were no surprising questions and the interviewer was very enthusiastic about the program.
