Indiana Kelley MBA Interview Questions – 6

Just had my interview with Jim a couple of hours ago. Great list on this page. Almost all of the questions he asked are listed on this page. Just 2 new ones –
1) Tell me something about your experience in leading teams (I think he asked me because I’ve a lot of team leading pointers on my CV. He even started with “Since, you have managed a lot of teams…”)
2) What motivates you?

As others have mentioned, Jim is really easy to talk to and keeps the conversation flowing. He gives you quite a few chances to mould the interview your way.
One last thing. Although pretty accommodating, Jim is punctual (and rightly so :) ). I kept on talking a bit during the end, and he had to interrupt and remind me of the time. So keep an eye out during the last 10 mins and close nicely (unlike me :P ).

All the very best everyone!
